KRS-6003R2HV, the highest torque (67kg-cm) servo, was put on the market ( Mar 4, 2017 )

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. put the highest torque (67kg-cm) servo, KRS-6003R2HV ICS on the market on Mar 4, 2017. The characteristics of a new servo are as follows:

1) Using a gear wheel made from special aluminum metal and the third gear wheel made from hard stainless steel:
These gear wheels could endure more than 60 kg torque and make a big power.

2) Attached a heat-sink:
Using a heat-sink as a middle case, makes effective cool of the servo and using aluminum as the upper case makes the case strength improve remarkably.

3) Attaching aluminum clump hone:
Using a driving screw aluminum clump hone could endure overloading. Attaching buried clump hone could make the axis strength improve.

4) Variety of bottom case options:
There is a variety of bottom case option. It is possible to change the bottom case for variety flames.

The new servo is suitable for making a large original robot because of its high torque and variable bottom case options. The new servo is also effective for changing a few servos in general original robots.

A New Small KONDO Servo, KRS-3301 ICS, Put on the Market (Aug 3, 2016)

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new small servo, KRS-3301 ICS  put on the market on Aug 3,  2016.

KRS-3301 ICS is a small servo of cube type design, the same size of KRS-3304 ICS.  The servo is using a coreless motor and the output maximum torque is 6.0 kgf・cm (7.4 V) of the standard-class with the mini-servo.  Resinous gears are adopted to move the servo smooth and noiseless when the servos are used in the biped robot.

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new small servo, KRS-3304 ICS  put on the market on Feb 9, 2015.
KRS-3304 ICS is a small servo of cube type design. The servo is using a coreless motor and the output maximum torque is 13.9 kgf・cm (7.4V time) of the top-class with the mini-servo.  Metal gears are adopted to secure the durability when the servos are used in biped robot.

KRS-2572HV, a new KONDO servo, will put on the market ( May 13, 2014 )

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new high power servo, KRS-2572HV ICS for KHR-3HV, would put on the market. The servo will ship out and be gotten from KONDO web shop or other robot shops by the end of May. 

KHR-3HV is easily upgraded by changing two legs' servos.  User of KHR-3HV who wants to upgrade one's robot can get high torque servo easily.  Kondo uploaded the report of KHR-3HV conversion of KRS-2552RHV to KRS-2572HV.

Two New B3M-SC Series KONDO Servos, B3M-SC-1040-A and B3M-SC-1170-A were put on the Market (Apr 7, 2014)

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced two new B3M-SC series servos,  B3M-SC-1040-A and B3M-SC-1170-A were put on the market on Apr 7, 2014.  SC means using core less motor.    As a B3M-SB series servo, B3M-SB-1040-A has been on the market, SB means using brush less motor.  B3M series has one SB type and 2 SC type servos.

KRS-4031HV, a new KRS-403X Series KONDO Servo, will be put on the market (July 14, 2011)

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new servo, KRS-4031HV ICS will be put on the market. The shipment is scheduled on July 22nd, 2011 from KONDO’s web shop or other shops.

ROBOSPOT, KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new small servo, ROS-3101HV ICS Red Version, developed for robot hand, head, and also small size robot, put on the market. The servo will be ship out on Sept. 19th from ROBOSPOT web shop.

KRS-2552HV, a new type KONDO servo, put on the market ( Aug 11, 2009 )

KONDO KAGAKU CO. LTD. announced a new type servo, KRS-2552HV ICS Red Version used as the main servo of KHR-3HV, put on the market. The servo has already shipped out and can be gotten from KONDO web shop or other robot shops. The concept of KHR-3HV is easy upgrade by adding from one to five servos. User of KHR-3HV who wants to upgrade his robot can get servos easily.
Characteristics of the new type servo are as follows:

1)Developed for serial connection servo control system
KRS-2552HV is developed for easy servo serial connection to control board, RCB-4HV. Serial connection of servos and control board makes the wiring simple and easy. KRS-4013 and 4014HV also can be connected serial. After this, serial servo connection system seems to be common in the hobby robots.

2)Using all metal gear wheels
Metal gear wheel is used all gear wheels of KRS-2552HV. The gear wheels could endure 14 kg torque which is 1.4 fold that of KRS-788HV (10 kg・cm) used servo in KHR-2HV.


3)Enlarged maximum moving angle
Maximum moving angle 270° is the same those of KRS-4013 or 4014HV which are high class servo of KONDO. Maximum moving angle of same class servo, KRS-788HV is 180°, so the wide moving angle makes the robot motion smooth.

The new servo is also suitable for making original robot because of its cheaper price compared with its torque. The servo can be used with KRS-4013 and 4014HV. However, it is necessary to use RCB-4HV or RCB-3HV as control board because KRS-2552HV is serial use only.
